3mm inner diameter with 4 wraps will ohm approx. 0.07/0.08 dual coils or 0.14/0.16 per coil.
3.5mm inner diameter with 4 wraps will ohm approx. 0.10/0.11 dual coils or approx. 0.20 per coil.
Coil width 8mm.
Recommended for mechanical power but can be used with some regulated devices.
These are chunky high mass coils and will want plenty of power.
If you have a suitable regulated device then anything between 100 and 250 watts to get good results, my own sweet spot was 150 watts dual coils.
