5 × 30g ni80 cores with interlocking 38g ni80 fuse wires, coil width 7-8mm at 5 wraps.

3mm inner diameter with 5 wraps will ohm approx. 0.13-0.14 dual coils. (single = approx. 0.28)

3.5mm inner diameter with 5 wraps will ohm approx. 0.16-0.17 dual coils (single = approx. 0.33)

Recommended power levels between 90 and 150 watts although they can handle much more.
