3.5mm inner diameter will ohm approx. 0.32 ohm dual coils with 8 wraps.

4mm inner diameter will ohm approx. 0.35 ohm dual coils with 8 wraps.

coil width 10mm.

4 × 30 gauge Ni80 cores with a 38 gauge Ni80 outer Alien fuse wire.
